FAQ
In some cases, yes.
It depends on the complexity of your requirement: designing an Infographic is obviously a more straightforward requirement, with fewer development stages involve, than designing a learning programme for a complex data management system.
However, I can provide a daily rate quote for more involved projects. After consultation for more complex requirements, I can provide a timeline and framework, and pre-agreed deliverables for substantial commissions.
Yes!
You can listen to some voice samples on my Voiceover page, to hear a variety of voices, male and female, that can be requested on video tutorials, explainers and for eLearning projects.
I do not use text-to-speech systems within my designs. While these have improved over the years and are fine for very short audio clips, they are invariably robotic and lack a sense of context, when used in an eLearning context.
Any quotes for work I give are inclusive of Voiceover costs: you won't get any hidden extra audio costs applied.
For COTS products, I do have a library of generic hard copy materials (downloadable user guides, QRGs etc), which I am happy to provide as part of a training service provision.
For example, where running generic Microsoft Office or Adobe courses, I will supply teaching materials, activities and reference guides.
If you have a bespoke project, I am happy to develop appropriate supporting learning collateral and related assets, as part of your requirement.
Yes.
I am also happy work within your LMS requested systems, as required, to provide Pre and Post Training Delivery support. This could include follow-up Q&A outcomes from attendees and provision of supporting learning materials.
Please note, however, that I do not currently offer web hosting services for on-demand webinar recordings, following training delivery.
