Development of numerous User Guides and Quick Reference Guides, for both COTS and bespoke systems software.

Past projects have included:

Complete re-design of Capita's Policeworks system User Manuals and eLearning modules, operating on a MS Dynamics CRM platform.

Oversaw authorisation of Integrated Risk Assessments, EMP, RAMS, and CPP submissions for commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance company, Ground Control Ltd, in line with the company’s Network Rail HS2 contract requirements.

Working as part of pilot projects (Babcock's IFS facilities maintenance rollout for East of England; Ford UK Sales Force stock control/manufacturing system) writing test scripts and working in UAT programs.
Supporting Design / Visual Aids
Use of the Adobe CC Suite, MS Visio and animation products (e.g. Animaker) to create supporting designs, infographics, process illustrations - whether these are included in the User Guides and QRG documentation, or as a component part of training materials.

Design of X-on Cloud Communications quick reference cards for system administrators and users: published as PDFs with embedded links, where topics were associated with an online Help Centre of video tutorials.

Video tutorial graphics included in the X-on 'Surgery Connect' cloud telephony Help Centre website, as well as the web design itself, to provide reference material to their UK customer base.

To assist delivery of weekly international broadcasts, online webinar information updates to the IT second and third line support teams globally, using animated slide decks on key issues, including video demos summarising remedial actions or new release information on MS Office 360 products.
