eLearning Tools
We predominantly work with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, to generate eLearning material for on-demand learning systems compatible with a LMS.

To create a suitable standard of source material for use within the authoring tool, this is supplemented using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro, Avid Media Composer, Flashback Express, Camtasia and Audacity, to generate a high standard of video and audio files, which can be imported into the eLearning tool once appropriately rendered.
Designing Online Learning
Particularly within any IT systems training, there can be a tendency to exclusively focus on the software functionality, when designing user or administrator training.

Our approach is to always work within the business context with SMEs and to identify where key processes of the system may influence the functional tasks and workflow activities. Good eLearning should follow the same principles as any other form of teaching: that learning is most effective when it is experiential - and when it is interactive, not passive - so that users are challenged and engaged.

eLearning has come to encompass a number of disciplines: interactive online workshops; play on-demand webinars; eLearning activity modules; software help centres. The samples above reflect examples of our work using eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) to produce modules as part of an LMS.
